PRODUÇÃO CIENTÍFICA SOBRE “LÓGICAS INSTITUCIONAIS”: UM ESTUDO BIBLIOMÉTRICO (1991 – 2021)

Resumo


A Teoria Institucional possui uma tradição nas ciências administrativas. Com enfoque em compreender as relações entre agentes e instituições nas organizações, vertentes contemporâneas do institucionalismo surgiram, sobretudo após a década de 1990. Dentre as vertentes, destaca-se o constructo das “Lógicas Institucionais”, tendo esta perspectiva completado 30 anos em 2021. Posto isto, o objetivo deste artigo foi apresentar e descrever os resultados de uma pesquisa bibliométrica acerca das lógicas institucionais. Foi realizado um estudo bibliométrico, a partir da busca de artigos publicados entre os anos 1991 e 2021 na base Web Of Science®. Realizou-se a quantificação de artigos, identificação das frentes de pesquisa e bases intelectuais, as redes de países que mais publicam e se interrelacionam, redes de palavras-chave, cocitações de autores e contribuições sobre o estado da arte. Além disto, foi identificado que os autores priorizam a investigação da complexidade institucional, com a maioria dos estudos visando compreender como os atores respondem a tal complexidade. A mudança institucional também tem sido objeto de investigação. Destaca-se também a capacidade de agência de diferentes atores, bem como a importância dos empreendedores institucionais na condução dos processos de mudança institucional.
