INTELIGÊNCIA EMOCIONAL E LIDERANÇA: POSSÍVEIS CAMINHOS E DESAFIOS A SEREM TRILHADOS
Resumo
Este artigo objetiva analisar a produção científica publicada em periódicos nacionais e internacionais sobre os temas Inteligência Emocional (IE) e Liderança, a partir de uma revisão sistemática da literatura, com base em 60 artigos científicos extraídos das bases de dados Google Acadêmico, Scopus e Web of Science. Principais tópicos analisados: obras mais referenciadas, autores que mais publicaram e que mais foram referenciados, ambiente de pesquisa, objetivos das pesquisas e lacunas apontadas pelos autores. Constatou-se uma maior produção científica publicada em periódicos internacionais sobre os temas IE e Liderança, além da predominância das referências serem de autores internacionais, evidenciando a necessidade de avanços nos estudos desse campo no Brasil. A relação apresentada dos objetivos dos artigos empíricos analisados indica que as pesquisas estão buscando obter uma maior quantidade de informações que suportem a sistematização do conhecimento para a criação futura de algo novo e original que possa mais adiante ser validado, corroborando com as lacunas de pesquisas apontadas nos artigos. Espera-se que esta análise contribua para uma melhor compreensão dos caminhos já trilhados e dos desafios que se apresentam para o futuro, envolvendo estas temáticas (IE e liderança).
